Autobahn Mechanical and Electrical Services Rockingham

Please do not go to autobahn in Rockingham I understand they are under new management.
I have been going to autobahn for the last 3 years and not had a problem until today.
I went in today to get new belts for my car and I also enquired to ask if they could find the fault that is making my car struggle to accelerate. They rang me today to tell me they found the problem and there was not enough spark so they advised me to replace spark plugs , ignition lead set and 3x belts for my car that is fine.
When I picked up my car and to pay the fee they charged me $222.00 for the ignition lead set and when I enquired about it the manger was abruptly rude and didn't want to offer any negotiation of the price or explained why it was that price. When i looked it up and it was only $30 at another store when I said to him $222.00 I feel was to pricey and didnt explained the bill properly to me instead he got annoyed when i questioned im so disappointed with the service I got today.

kind of annoyed with myself that I went there tbh. Could not get into Dodge service centre I looked on the Dodge forums as I had a noise coming from my front right hand side the forum suggested maybe wheel bearings so I mentioned this to receptionist. An hour later he confirmed oh yes its that wheel bearing. Great he quoted me almost $600 dollars to fit and supply that bearing. Then late arvo he said oh the noise is still there! after replacing the wheel bearing which obviously did not need replacing never showed me the faulty bearing. But still charged me close to $500 NOISE STILL THERE $500 OUT OF POCKET. BEAWARE OF THESE PEOPLE. am going to take my car to Dodge service and get them to diagnose the problem and check if they actually did replace the one wheel bearing that was quoted almost $600 to fix. on Auto Guru them claim to Transmission experts but the receptionist told me they were not! but low and behold on my reciept it states "Drone noise coming from diff" so instead of telling me the truth they changed the bearing regardless.

My 19y.o. daughter and myself always have our cars serviced at Autobahn, excellent service and prices, and they go out of their way to assist you with anything. They always phone you before they do any extra work.
e.g. My daughter had a bit of trouble affording the few extras that needed fixing on her vehicle after her service, headlight globes etc., the Manager at Autobahn fixed them for no cost after official closing time, daughter just had to buy the globes and bring them back to Autobahn.
