I just brought my 2017 BMW X6 from Ian at Autohaus Prestige and can say that they are a professional outfit. I live in Brisbane so this transaction was conducted by phone and email without a hitch. I recently bought a BMW Z4 from Autohaus and due to the current Covid situation I was unable to travel to Melbourne to inspect the vehicle.
Ian was very helpful and reassured me that the condition of the car was as excellent as it is. It is difficult to buy a car from 1200kms without seeing it. This team blew me a way. World class service & after service, didn't ever expect buying a car could be that good an experience.
The car the I purchased has been excellent, the team throughout the process have been excellent.
After sales support have been well and truly above any of my expectations. Nothing is a problem for them. They blew me away.
The purchasing processes was seamless, it was quick and easy, they offered me options to best fit me (which I thought was a differentiator) the car was ready in days. For the record I am not easily pleased, due to my work I buy and sell cars often & have dealt with many dealerships over time, I can honestly say these guys are different, they are pleasant & easy to deal with and the deliver what they commit. I will be buying all my cars from them from this point on. Don't take my work for it, given them a go, I know you wont me disappointed.

Unbelievably rude. Went looking for an M3. Was told they don't have any as I was looking at one!
Tried to approach the guy a minute later to try to leave my number as I was looking for an E46 and he replies I thought you were looking for an M3!!!
Obviously I didn't leave my number as didn't want to deal with him again.
