I have used Midland Autoplus before and they were excellent, that's why I have used them again. I would recommend them to my friends!
I have been a customer now for approximately 9 years and I am extremely happy with the service I have been provided over the years. The comunication is excellent - details of what needs doing or what has been done were provided, I always have found the staff to be open, honest and friendly. I have always been more than satisfied with the workmanship and the repairs have been reasonably priced. I have no hesitation in recommending Autoplus to anybody. Well done, Autoplus!

They were very professional in their dealings - fully explained everything that was done and needed doing. Prices were very competative and they provided a pick up service and also provided an break down service. Auto plus was recommended by 2 friends and I can understand why.

We have used the team at Midland Auto Plus for a number of years and always been extremely happy with their service. I particularly like how they are happy to give a rough quote for a service, but then keep you up to date every step of the way so there are no hidden surprises at the end. I would highly recommend Midland Auto Plus to anyone looking for a good, reliable mechanic.

They did a service on my totota tarago 2006 model & the price was really cheap & least i know whats got to be done on the next service awesome job to Chris & his team really good honest place

I have been getting my car/s serviced at Midland Autoplus for a few years now. Chris was recommended to me by the local tow truck driver when my car broke down. I honestly can say that they are the best mechanics that I have been to and I cant see myself going anywhere else. They are well priced, on time, very clear on what has been done, or what needs doing, friendly and above all honest. They are a family business who genuinely cares about their customers and are more than happy to help.

I've been taking my car to Chris for years. Honest, reliable and reasonably priced service, which are all so important for a woman in an industry like this.
Hello and thank you for taking the time to submit a review. We take customer service very seriously are glad you are happy with the service you have received.
After getting a complimentary service from Midland Autoplus via a Facebook competition they had made some suggestions (there was no pressure) to have some further works done. I called and asked for a price for 90K service which was $100 less than a competitor so I booked my car in with no hesitation.
Small extra works were found which again were surprisingly reasonable in cost and there again was no hesitation in getting these extras done at the time.
When I came to collect my car there was a bit of a hiccup as I hadn't realized it would take extra time for the couple of extras and as I had to collect my children from school there was no dramas and the guys lent me a loan car.
I highly recommend Midland Autoplus for both the customer service of all the workers here and also their top work done on my little Hyundai Getz.

Midland Autoplus was recommended to me a few years ago and I have not looked backed , I would not take my car to any one else, my family now also use only Midland Autoplus .Allen , Chris and their amazing team are not only Professional, experienced and local, they are welcoming and honest. A recent visit to the workshop for my daughters car just strengthened my belief that we have found the only mechanics we will ever need. They not only looked after the car they looked after us with great personal service. We always leave feeling confident in the work that has been done and that we have been treated like a friend not a just a customer, from the minute you enter reception to the moment you pick up your car you get quality service. Highly recommend this business to any one looking for a mechanic they can rely on.
