We have been using a mechanic in Belmont and have recently moved to use Midland Autoplus for our delivery van servicing. I can not recommend these guys enough. They are very professional and customer focused. Our previous servicing would normally cost in excess of $1500 or more. We have recently had the same service done and costing just over $500. If you live in the Midland, Brigadoon area then do not go any where else to have your car serviced. Great job Chris, Chris himself goes out of his way to help his customers. It is called Customer Service which you don't get much of these days.

I called all over perth looking for quotes to install cruise control. Midland Autoplus was not only the cheapest but sounded the most helpful and informative on the phone. In person, Chris was just as friendly and took lots of time making sure the design was right for me and then explaining the system when it was finished.

Midland Autoplus is a family business that provides the best automtoive car service in Perth. Prior to "accidentally" finding them, I had gone to five different car mechanics and been charged exorbitant prices. As a professional woman I find their expertise, attention to detail and service to be excellent. Travelling long distances I need a car that is reliable and that I know is properly serviced. I would not go anywhere else and I continue to recommend them as mechanics of choice. When you want the VERY BEST you go to Midland Autoplus!

I love taking my car to Midland Autoplus. Being a young female it is so hard to find a mechanic that will not rip you off. You simply drop your car off knowing its in safe hands, and they're very flexible and when you pick up your car ALL the work that was done gets explained in English and they only do the work that needs to be done. Also it gets explained in simple language before you pay your bill and they really do look after their customers too & it's good looking after the small family business'! :)

Excellent. Good service and any problems found with my car were explained clearly. One thing I would like is the cost of what needs doing in the future itemised on the bill as well but that's a minor detail. It's so I can know what I'm up for and can save to get the things done that need doing.

As a consistent customer I always have great service. My car is A1 everytime I pick it up, and they always explain whats happening, and what needs attention or possible fixing in the future.

The service is very good and those guys really seem to take care of their customers. Very friendly, affordable and fast too - my car had several things that needed to be fixed and some other mechanics I asked prior quoted me up to $200 more for the same job or less... I got my car back within 24hrs and they even gave me a little gift as it was just after easter... I left with a positive feeling that I usually don't get when spending $800 on repairs...

I started taking my car here years ago on a friend's recommendation, and I haven't looked back. This is the most trustworthy and value for money mechanics business I have ever known, I feel completely comfortable here and know they won't try to rip me off or take advantage of my knowing little about cars. As an example, once I took my car in for repairs, and they didn't charge me because the faulty part was one they had installed at their last service. I had no way of knowing this, but they were honest enough to let me know. They genuinely try to keep costs low, have never given me a massive list of things to fix as I've always received at other places, and even offer to give me a lift to the train station when I drop my car in. Excellent - it is so great to find a place for car repairs where I can feel truly comfortable about the experience.

The Service was absolutely "First Class"

I had a very difficult to find problem with the Engine Management System on my EF Falcon and Chris and his team identified the problem which was caused by an intermittent fault with the Coil Pack Assy.

In addition I had a Full Service including replacing the Spark Plugs and a complete Lead Set.

My Vehicle was ready on time.

I first went to Midland Autoplus for warranty service on the advice from my sister. Allen and Chris (and perhaps other family members) have been looking after my cars for about 4 years. Totally happy with their quality, service and value. I'm always advised on what needs to be looked at for the next service and when the work is done I receive a detailed account and either Allen or Chris will discuss it with me. The boys (sometimes the girls) are always happy to drop me off to the shops or station or wherever I need to go while they get on with the job. If Allen is the driver he likes to talk about his family and what they are doing. I know all about the new babies. These boys are the best. Nothing is too much trouble. They also look after my daughter's car.

The Guys and Girls at Midland Autoplus are the best, very accomodating, communicative and responsive to questioning.

Recently bought a new (second hand) card with no service history, so took it in to Midland autoplus for a service and to see where the car is mechanically. The guys were so very helpful, courteous and informative. They didn't do any unnecessary work - as other mechanics have in the past and charge a small fortune. When we collected the car we not only received a detailed report but the guys explained in detail what they had done and what things we should look for and expect in the future, they also didn't try to sell us into getting any extra work done but made a point of saying they would keep an eye on things and check in depth on a couple of point at the next service. Very friendly, helpful and felt very trust worthy and professional. Thank you for your professionalism and assistance guys. We've finally found a place to take our cars for serviceing and repair and feel very confident that we will recieve superb and honest service. Thank you. :)

For three years now this firm has serviced and repaired our two cars. They always discuss carefully any costs involved, do not suggest unnecessary repairs,finish on time. I have observed them with other customers always working towards the best option. Safety of your driving is their priority.
