I ordered a convertible baby car seat and it arrived the very next day. However I had made a mistake with my order and not specified the Isofix version of the seat. I rang Babycare Nursery immediately and they were very polite and happy to exchange for the correct model. I returned the seat and now have the new installed. I was delighted with the service

" This Business disgusts me. Sadly my baby passed away before I got to use my Quinny pram set which cost over $1,300. I called to explain my devastating news and they said it was not possible for a refund, even under my cirmstances. She even told me she was a mother too but still would not empa thise or offer any solution, or any kind of return or reimbursement. I phoned another Company and they had no issue with refunding me in full for my items bought there even though they were closing down their nursery section of their store. They were very kind and empathetic and it was over two months since the purchase date when I managed to gain the strength to return the goods. Baby care had no compassion and even though my goods were all still disassembled and boxed she offered no care factor or solution. I asked if the person was the correct authority to discuss this with and they paused and replied yes, probably just to stop me speaking to the relevant person and the excuse was that they were a small Company so normally couldn't refund. I emphasised my situation was hardly normal but she still had no time or compassion to help me at this awful time. I am disgusted and would not recommend this "small" Company to anyone, just advise strongly that they don't use them as there will never be a chance of returning their goods under any circumstance. Absolutely heart breaking disgrace. How dare she be so cold to my strength on making this call in the first place. The excuse was that their stock consistently changes so they would not even stock these products anymore and they were quiet. I have checked their site and all my items Are still being sold."

Amazingly fast delivery service from the time that my order was placed, with the prices being the cheapest that I could find from online baby supply shops. Great communication via email keeping me up to date with the progress of my order. Car seat arrived via courier in perfect condition.

I purchased a pram from this company, by telephone, on a Monday. The pram was delivered to my door (in Qld) on Wednesday morning. The price of the pram was not the cheapest available but was cheaper than most places. The shipping costs (which included insurance) were very reasonable (only $20 to Qld).
The staff were professional, friendly and very helpful.

The pram began having problems when it was 9 months old. It came with a 12 month warranty. The staff at Babycare Nursery were professional and helpful when it came to making arrangements to have the pram returned to the manufacturer for repair, however things changed dramatically when it became apparent that the pram could not be repaired and, due to the particular pram having been discontinued and therefore impossible to replace, I was entitled to a refund. Unfortunately the store has refused to provide me with a full refund of the purchase price and I am currently lodging a complaint through the Department of Fair Trading.

I am very disappointed with the final outcome of my dealings with this company.

I have found that this place has the top brands at much cheaper prices than anywhere else, including having the goods delivered. I got my pram and all the accessories from here as well as a safety gate. The goods delivered to my door the same day, and the day after. They have a huge range.
