My experience with this company was horrible. Perry was nice and sweet on the phone at first until you pay your deposit and then the trouble begins. The communication from this point was very poor. Every time I called Perry to see when removalists were coming, he'd say he'd "sort me out" but then he didn't without giving any reason so I had to keep calling him. He eventually started ignoring my calls and emails. Their ABN is cancelled so I truly thought they were scamming me. I had to forget my deposit and make alternative arrangements as I never knew if they were even coming. Stay clear at all costs!

I have used this company to move from Sydney to Brisbane in the middle of the borders closure. My belongings were stored in a storage “Total moving solutions”
By the time they arrived home, several things were broken, they destroyed my 65” TV, my coffee table and washing machine.
After Perry investigated he decided he wouldn’t reply to my messages or phone calls, I called from another number and he said he is not responsible for anything as he is only a “Broker”
Very different speech as the one he sold me at the beginning.
Please be mindful before organising your move, there are dodgy removalists, go with the big companies who are accountable for their service
