I have used this company to move from Sydney to Brisbane in the middle of the borders closure. My belongings were stored in a storage “Total moving solutions”
By the time they arrived home, several things were broken, they destroyed my 65” TV, my coffee table and washing machine.
After Perry investigated he decided he wouldn’t reply to my messages or phone calls, I called from another number and he said he is not responsible for anything as he is only a “Broker”
Very different speech as the one he sold me at the beginning.
Please be mindful before organising your move, there are dodgy removalists, go with the big companies who are accountable for their service

They moved my house from Sydney to Brisbane as part of an organised move with “Backload moving” and they left my belongings at a storage.
Broken 65” TV - absolutely broken, showing up signs of being dropped to the floor so they knew it was damaged
Also my coffee table had a dent of a finger size, washing machine leaking
No one has been accountable! People stopped replying to my texts, so I can only warn you to be aware of these companies that are not accountable for the bad service they provide
