My experience with this company was horrible. Perry was nice and sweet on the phone at first until you pay your deposit and then the trouble begins. The communication from this point was very poor. Every time I called Perry to see when removalists were coming, he'd say he'd "sort me out" but then he didn't without giving any reason so I had to keep calling him. He eventually started ignoring my calls and emails. Their ABN is cancelled so I truly thought they were scamming me. I had to forget my deposit and make alternative arrangements as I never knew if they were even coming. Stay clear at all costs!

One of the best real estate agencies I have ever dealt with. Over more than three years renting a property with them in West End they were always nice, professional and helpful. Maintenance requests were resolved quickly and without fuss. Nick and his team were amazing at making sure that my stay was smooth and they were very helpful when the time came to move to a different property. Highly recommend this agency where you'll receive a truly personalised care.
