I never rated Physiotherapists prior to these guys, but they completely changed my mind. I was referred to Nathan. He was great. He did dry needling & exercise prescriptions to my requirements. Highly recommended. I have also heard the Woonona practice is good.

i have never needed to go to a physio before but after having a recommendation from a friend who is a regular client I decided to try them out. I found the service attentive and friendly changing appointments wasnt a hassle and waiting times were very short. My physio was excellent, the knowledge and professionalism was clear, he explained why he was doing each movement and told me what i had wrong and how to fix it. After only a couple of appointments the work is already starting to show. I would absolutely recommend to anyone looking for a physio
