It is a very professional service. I have seen a number of different therapists there. All listen to me and helped me with my neck and hip issues. I would highly recommend them.

I went to Balanced Bodies for a remedial massage in September 2015 after I had some issues with my back from long distance running. Brianna did an amazing job and my muscles felt looser immediately following treatment. She was careful to ask detailed questions to help with diagnosis and treatment. I did find the place a little old, but they’ve done a good job keeping it clean and comfortable.

I have had a number of massages at Balanced Bodies and all the practitioners have been great. I would highly recommend them! It is such a great little hidden gem in Port Melbourne.

My face felt soft and glowing after a tranquil Dermalogica facial. After massage all my muscles were relaxed and stress free. I was in room at front and could hear the trams, (didn't bother me) but could probably ask for back room if want complete quiet.
