My partner and I have 2 holdens that we were taking here as we thought this would be our best option as they are the dealers and work with them all the time. Cost was exorbitant, service was average they didn't explain anything they had completed just refered me to the receipt and they took longer than expected and couldn't originally fit us in the day we booked.
I took my Holden to this official Holden dealership for a regular service. Wow, what a rip off. $40 for them to fit the new wiper blades (which I could have down in 2 minutes myself. $50 for fitting a new light bulb. While the car was with them, they called with a dozen major problems which i declined to get fixed. I was shocked with the things they said urgently needed repair, so the next day I went to a number of specialists eg a Tyre Specialist for second opinions. All of which confirmed that this Holden dealer were trying to scare me into big repairs and upgrades which weren't required, eg 4 new tyres which had another 12 months life in them, according to the Tyre experts down the road.
