when my kitten needed to be put down due to being injured the vet was so gentle and supportive. There was no rush while saying goodbye, I could take my time and all the staff were very supportive and sympathetic. they gave the option of taking my baby home or them burying him, and they made the experience bareable. Let us pay off the bill

We had to have our family to put down a few months ago and as you could imagine it was a really sad time but the vets and nurses were really wonderful we were unable to take our dog to into the clinic so the wonderful vet and nurse came to us. The care and compassion shown to us at a very sad time was amazing and we cant thank them enough for the fantastic service. We now have a new puppy and i wouldn't take her anywhere else

I went to this vet with some kittens that were dumped at my door they were only 4 weeks old and were very sick. They were available after hours and put them on to a drip and told me they could either take them or I could keep them. I decided I wanted to look after them so I knew how they went. The woman I dealt with told me she would be surprised if a certain kitten will still be alive by the morning an that I should prepare my self. To my surprise she was right and the weak one did pass a way and I was happy by the fact I was warned and she knew what she was on about they told me how I should be feeding them and how many times they should be feed. The last one grew up to be such a beautiful cat. And went to a lovely forever home. The ballarat veterinary practice is amazing thyy helped me through it all... I highly recommend them!!!!!!

Very friendly... knowledgeable and caring for my pets. I have so far only been for the basic care but wouldn't hesitate to go there for an emergency.

We have a dog & cat and this vet clinic has been very friendly. We've only been for routine procedures i.e. vaccinations and desexing but they are thorough and always make sure they answer any questions without rushing you out the door.

The waiting area and clinics are clean and well kept. The lady on reception is lovely, she gave our puppy a little cuddle once even though I warned her about his malting!

Pricing is well set and worth the experience.

Absloutely highly recommended. Extremely caring and considerate, well able to be relied upon for honest advice, and for putting the animals first. I have attended the practice for many years now, and cannot think of a bad experience with them.

These vets are great. Whenever we have taken our dog there (even after hours) they are so caring, gentle and patient. They explain everything, give options, the price is always fair and we know our dog is in good hands.
