I’m from the U.S. and I had to send a birthday gift to my friend in Brisbane last August. I researched what my options were online and saw that Balloons Galore had very nice designs and reasonable prices. I called first to make sure I have a warm and concerned person to talk to – I do not just order impersonally online; talked to Liza and was assured that they will do the job...then went ahead and sent the order online. Balloons Galore did the balloon decorating for my son's christening and they did a great job. They were happy to work out some designs with me as I wanted a few different displays, they even special ordered some balloons in for me. On the day they delivered everything on time and displayed it all beautifully. They are a little pricey but most balloon shops are these days anyway.
