I stay here over the christmas holidays and the staff were so friendly and helpful. We arrived here in the morning with no booking as we were booked in at another motel nearby but were disappointed in their accommodation. Upon explaining our situation the staff were very helpful and quickly booked us accommodation with them. I was so happy with their service and was nice to find pleasant staff. The rooms were quite roomy, clean and very comfortable. The room had tea/coffee facilities, mini fridge, tv with free foxtel and best of all free wifi. I will definitely be staying here again when staying in launceston

Stayed here overnight on a work trip to Launceston, and found the rooms to be of a generous size. The bedding was just new, comfy and stylish making the rooms fresh and bright. The service was the best though, with friendly staff all round.
