Brilliant place, though I've had one instance where the pho was undercooked. But other than this minor blip, their food is impressive and consistent with good offerings of many traditional Vietnamese dishes

Got the combination noodle vermicelli salad today, filling, healthy and fast. So far one of the best vietnamese restaurant or fast food take out down south.

Their sign always makes me laugh a little. It really looks like 6am.
But that aside, went there and the place was busy and it continued to be so for the whole time we were there.
We were awfully surprised when they didn't add pate to the bun. We were truly aghast. But when we ate it, they had such good roast pork that it more than made up for this lack of pate.
