The staff here have been friendly and helpful. It has a nice relaxed atmosphere and is good for a simple meal. The vegetarian rolls are good and they are vegan.

The food just isn't nice.On two occasions (I gave it a second chance) I've had tasteless pies and sausage rolls. the first time I took them away and threw them in the bin. The second time I just took a bite realised they were still no better and walked out leaving them virtually untouched .. Not nice wont be going back ever.

Delicious bread, and really tasty pies! The toasted sandwich we got wasn't the best, but all the other things were really great. Yummy!

Approximate cost: $4

They have a great range of baked goods but more Rye products that are low on salt and wheat may be nice. Customer service is always excellent and the tarts are "to die for". One of the better bakeries in Hobart itself.

i regularly go to banjos and enjoy a luxurious cappuccino and a most delightfully appetizing choc chip muffin. i always have recommended banjo's great service and i acknowledge them for the fresh and delicious savory treats they bake.

Their food is of a reliable standard - like all the shops in the Banjo's chain you get what you ordered. The decor could do with a refurbish, and I'm constantly miffed that if you order (for example) two pies, they'll both be put on the same red plastic plate if you don't ask for separate ones - and that's a recipe for disaster if you want your kids to stay clean
