They are professional, but they have this strange process called Sale by SET DATE where you put in a written offer, and then everyone has 24 hours to increase their offers, and you can keep increasing it as much as you like. It's like a silent auction, but you don't know if there are actually other offers, or just the agent telling you there are other offers so the agent says you better increase your offer more and more!!

I don't know about other Barry Plant locations, but Barry Plant in Boronia were very professional. They really looked after us. We wanted to get things moving quickly and the agent was happy to oblige. I would definitely recommend them.

Mark Schroeder that runs this office has more knowledge than anybody on all things real-estate, his staff are trained to the highest degree. The staff are all immaculately presented and they get the best price on your home or business for sale in the most professional manner.

Gave them the agreement to sell my property within 14 days. In 13days it was completed. The offer for our property was very good and we were very happy with the sales representative. Well done for meeting my standards.

Tried to buy a house through them, were told that we had it and then called the next day to say no go, contract was shredded, then told that they would work for us and drop their commission and try to get vendor to drop price. Was then told house was off the market. Then found out house was never off the market. Lied about it
