This is our favourite restaurant. They have a good menu and meals are always cooked well and without a long wait. They also have a couple of large round tables that suit groups perfectly. Very impressed!

We've been to BarZaar several times now and highly recommend it. They have regular specials - the $12 schnitzel, chips and salad on Wednesdays is hard to beat, and they staff are friendly and helpful. We also have a regular meal with my craft group there and the large, round table, food and service is excellent.

Driving past recently, I noticed that they have schnitzels for $12.50, so we thought we'd give them a try. Good value and nice surroundings, plus good service. The chicken schnitzel was well cooked and it's always a favourite.

Approximate cost: $12.5

Fairly new bistro type place with nice economical meals.the atmosphere is nice and you can choose to sit either inside or outside. Also good for a friday night catch up drink

This was a bit of a disappointing experience. The restaurant was fairly quiet and the only atmosphere was coming from the adjoining pokie room - not good. The food was edible but certainly nothing to rave about. The best part of the experience was the service. Prices were a bit steep for the quality and quantity of food.

We have been here a few times and it has always been OK (just OK), but we ate here recently and was very disappointed. The menu had changed and there seemed to be less to choose from and their prices had gone up. What we did choose took almost an hour to arrive (and the place only had 2 or 3 tables occupied at the time). The serves are quite small considering the price of a main ($18-$23ish), after all this is a bar/bistro/gaming venue, not a 'restaurant', so we would have thought that the meals would be more like a pub meal serve and price. Taste wise, the food was OK, nothing special. The drinks were very expensive. I had a glass of champage which came in a 'champage glass' that was much smaller than a normal glass (I reckon it would have been half a glass of champagne in a real champage glass), and the bottled beer was almost $7.

Approximate cost: $17-24
