My rotten-floored, leaky and dysfunctional bathroom was completely gutted and rebuilt from the floor up by Bathtime Bathrooms just before Christmas last year. My new bathroom really is almost exactly the way I envisioned it to be and now feels solid as a rock. From the carpenter to the plumber and tiler and all the other trades involved, I appreciated being informed ahead of time who was going to turn up and when. There were some hiccups along the way, as you would expect in coordinating many different people working on a fairly complex project, but with great communication from Wayne and Tony and the tradies, problems were resolved quite quickly and to my satisfaction. I look forward to working with Bathtime Bathrooms again in a couple of months when they give the same "strip-out and rebuild" treatment to my laundry, and probably later this year to my kitchen.

I got a call from the tenant saying they had no hot water, they have young children. I phoned Bathtime Bathrooms and they responded the same day, a new system was installed and the tenants were really happy. The service and price were excellent.

Bathtime Bathrooms completely renovated our bathroom and laundry areas and I am extremely pleased with the quality of work and attention to detail in the layout and design of the rooms. A lot of care and attention was paid in our initial meetings which gave me the confidence that the job would be completed in a timely manner without compromising on quality. They have also accepted and delivered on some additional variation works around the house which I was very pleased with. Towards the tail end of the job, we had experienced some delays without a clear idea of when the job will be fully completed. However, Bathtime Bathrooms endeavoured to complete the job as quickly as they could despite the hiccups faced. Bathtime Bathrooms renovated our ensuite, we were extremely pleased with the service that we received. It is refreshing to deal with a company that is so professional, punctual, and with years of experience behind them.
All the tradies are lovely friendly guys, they went to great effort to make sure any mess and dust was kept to a minimum, not only in the space they were working but also from their vehicles and through the house.
Wayne was a terrific project manager and if not onsite was only a call away. To attempt to manage all the plumbing, plastering, carpentry, electrical and tiling trades myself would of been a nightmare, it was so much easier to have Wayne there to coordinate all the different trades, I have found attempting this yourself and missing one small detail can be a very expensive fix.
We are very happy with our ensuite including the underfloor heating (as suggested by Tony) which has been worth its weight in gold this cold winter. Highly recommend this company.
