I have used the service team here a couple of times to service my car. I have always found them to be professional and easy to deal with. They are a bit pricey but I feel it's worth it as they do a great job.
They also have a driver service so no need to worry about how to get home or back to work after dropping the car off and they pick you up when it is done.
Generally I have found that the car is finished before their estimated time.

I have used Bay City Holden several times now for service and work on my car. Each time I have had to leave my car there til the next day due to them not having the parts available. Each time I had asked before hand if they had the parts available. Once they even had to order a part in advance, when they rang and told me it had arrived they then pulled my car appart to fit it only to discover they didn't have the part after all! I have been using them because they are close but more. I am sick of their bad service and constant stuff ups.

I recently attempted to purchase a car from this dealer.
I was treated with contempt when I tried to negotiate a price.
I was shouted down and told 'to get on the page' by Jarrod the head HSV Salesman.
Very disappointing indeed and I left feeling distressed

I have recently purched a new car from Bay city Holden in Frankston and received excellent friendly sevice from the dealership as a whole but especially from the actual salesman Sam Fein who was not only attentive and informative Sam made my buying experience pleasurable and very easy, I would highly recommend this dealership to anyone considering buying a car,
