I have used the service team here a couple of times to service my car. I have always found them to be professional and easy to deal with. They are a bit pricey but I feel it's worth it as they do a great job.
They also have a driver service so no need to worry about how to get home or back to work after dropping the car off and they pick you up when it is done.
Generally I have found that the car is finished before their estimated time.

I have been going to Calma medispa for a couple of years now to treat my problem skin. My initial therapist was fantastic, she was really professional and friendly and you could see that she really enjoyed her job. Unfortunately she left not long ago, my new therapist is really good too but we just don't have the same connection that I had with the first.
I love the products they use, although they are on the pricey side. My skin is now amazing though so it is definitely worth it.
I have always found the staff at Calma to be professional and well presented. The treatment rooms I have been in have always been nice and unlike the previous reviewers I have never found them too cold. The building has recently been refurbished and I love the character of the old building.

I have had nothing but exceptional service from Caroline and Forever Flawless. Caroline is one of the most professional people I have ever had the pleasure of knowing.
Caroline did mine & my mums hair and make up for my wedding and also did my bridesmaids make up for the day. The job she did was fantastic! We all looked amazing. She did such a good job choosing colours that suited each of us. She was professional and efficient and made us all feel special. My hair and make up lasted all day and night despite the 34+ degree day.
I also got a spray tan for the day and she did the best job I have ever had, it was such a great colour, people were shocked when I said it was a spray tan.
I was so happy with the job she did that I had Caroline do my make up for my 30th birthday party and again she didn't disappoint. She uses the latest colours and techniques and stays up to date with all the current trends. You can really tell that hair and make up is her passion in life and this shows in her exceptional work.

I bought a deal off the internet so I wasn't expecting a super cut and colour, but I thought it would be reasonable as I assumed that a company selling internet deals would want the customers to return and pay the regular price in future.
How wrong was I! The colour was reasonable, but I had to choose my own colour with no input from the stylist at all. The whole time I was there the stylist was moping around like she couldn't be bothered at all.
As for the cut, it is terrible. It was just super basic and I asked for the back to be shorter in a taper style and it literally looks like a chunk was cut out. I also asked for her to take some weight out of the bulky parts and that didn't happen at all. Although I am glad she didn't do this because who knows how she would have butchered my hair.
She finished off with a GHD straighten and she even did a shocking job at that. To top it off when she held the mirror up to show me the back it was facing the ceiling and before I could tell her it was put away. I walked out of the shop wishing I had a hat to cover my hair.
The whole time I was there it was so obviously that she does not enjoy her job. At the end she asked me to fill out my contact details and told me to "leave it there when I am done" and did not even say good bye let alone ask me if I was happy or if I would like to make another appointment. Very unprofessional! I am very glad I didn't pay full price!

We had a fantastic experience with metro movers. They were efficient and careful with all of our stuff. They were very professional and were all dressed in a smart casual uniform. It was the most relaxing move we have ever had. We just sat back and watched as they did all the hard work. We never felt we had to worry about our things being damaged. They are a bit on the pricey side but I think you get what you pay for. Also they did not stuff around and waste time so the price probably would have been about the same as a cheaper less efficient company in the end.

We will definitely use metro movers again next time we move.

We hired TappaNappa to provide us with our wedding ceremony decorations, set up the outdoor site and also manage the ceremony, ie greet the guests, handout favours and play the music etc. We provided them with the music and the order we wanted it to be played in. A few days before the wedding we met with them at the ceremony location to discuss how we would like everything to be set up. They assured us they would be at the site early enough to have everything set up before the first guest arrived and that they would be dressed in suits.

On the day when guests had started to arrive, the setup had barely been started, it wasn't even complete when the groom arrived, the red carpet was still rolled up and the chairs weren't even unfolded. The groom was then informed that the MP3 player had been forgotten....with all of our music on it. They were also dressed very badly in a grubby t-shirt and pants and the guests were not adequately greeted. I actually had some of the guests comment later that they thought they were some random guys just trying to see what was going on. Not a 'concierge to the bride' as they like to call their service.

When I arrived I was told that the music had been forgotten and that the assistant had been sent up the road to see if he could down load it onto his phone. Luckily I had what was supposed to be the back ground music on my MP3 player, so after 20 minutes of waiting for the assistant to return I decided that that would have to do for my bridesmaids and I to walk down the aisle to. When it started playing I thought it actually sounded nice. My flower girl and bridesmaids all walked down the aisle and then it was my turn. And the music stopped. I had to walk down the aisle in silence.

After the ceremony we got apologised to quite a few times and we initially said it was ok. We just didn't want it to ruin our day. You could see that all the decorations - and we didn't have a lot - were put up very hastily and the red carpet was old, worn out and had cigaretter burns all over it.

The following Monday I thought surely we will get another apology for stuffing up so badly. But I didn't hear a thing so on the Tuesday I sent the business partner an email stating my disgusted. I was informed that she wasn't aware that this had occurred and would sort the matter out. I was told that it was a timing thing, that it wasn't calculated how long it would take for them to get to the ceremony site - a poor excuse given they had traveled there a few days earlier.

As an apology they offered to contact a photographer and organise a day to set up the site and have photo's of me walking down the aisle again free of charge! I found this to be extremely insulting as it would take a bit more than just decorations to recreate that special moment. I never received an apology that seemed at all genuine.

I would not recommend this company to my worst enemy! They were completely incompetent!

We had a terrible experience. When we booked we asked for a large truck, but the truck they sent out on the day was far too small for the job, so they had to pack everything in so tightly and pull it out and repack it to make it fit. Once we started to unpack we discovered that a lot of things had been damaged from cramming it into the truck so tightly to make it fit. Also if we hadn't of helped them carry boxes the job never would have been finished in one day.

When we got to the destination they broke our dining table. They told us they could fix it, a couple of months later we were told that the table had been thrown out as it was damaged beyond repair and offered us a cash amount that was far less than the value of the table. When threatened with legal action the table miraculously reappeared and was once again fixable. It took us seven months with numerous threats of legal action before we finally got our table back. Both the lady I dealt with on the phone/via email and Alex Anasis himself during this time were extremely rude when I was in contact with them regarding the return of our table. I would not recommend this company to anyone who values their belongings.
