I've used Baywash Summer Hill three times. The last time they scratched my car on almost every panel. (Presumably grit in the cloths used on the car). I even saw one staff throw the chamois leather on the ground after they completed my car. I've managed to using cutting compound to get most scratches out...but you shouldn't have to.

Good service,didn't have to wait too long and did a better job than most other places.
