I found that I had to buy connectors for my new apple to connect to my old cinema display and ethernet. Apple Help gave me the name of this service provider as they are the only company in Ballarat, authorised by Apple to service apple products. I find the staff helpful and knowledgable about apple.

I took my iMac to B & D Technologies to be serviced after having it damaged by another company.
Although this other company in Ballarat may claim to be an Apple Authorised Service Provider they are not. B & D Technologies is the only Apple Authorised Service Provider in Ballarat. Their customer service was fantastic. They kept me well informed with what they had found and how long it would take to fix. The other company had my iMac for 3 weeks without diagnosing the problem. B & D had it fixed within a week and that included time to order the necessary parts. Thankyou for a job well done.

B&D Technologies is the only business I refer friends, family & clients to when seeking computer or networking support and service. The team is friendly, knowledgeable and able to speak to the 'non-boffin' so it is understood. I've had B&D work on simple stand-alone issues through to the full re-networking of a new building, server support and administration tutorials. Customer support is top class and the service is timely and beyond expectations
