I found that I had to buy connectors for my new apple to connect to my old cinema display and ethernet. Apple Help gave me the name of this service provider as they are the only company in Ballarat, authorised by Apple to service apple products. I find the staff helpful and knowledgable about apple.

From the visit by Mairead to my home and office in Bentleigh East to provide a quote for the packing service and relocation service, to the completion of the relocation of my goods to Ballarat, I have found all the personnel to be professional, friendly and efficient. They appear to have had a really good training program, or maybe you have a knack for employing talented staff.

The 3 packers were delightful and fun, as they diligently packed for hours. They took great care, checked with me when necessary, and got the job done in a very tidy and timely manner.

The next day four men arrived (one had been packing the day before) to pack the goods into the truck and van and drive to Ballarat to unload there. They worked so hard, and the whole day went without a problem. Special thanks to the Team Leader who was there on both days.
