The best ever !! our beautiful Dalmatian pup Sophie truly loves her stays . Every time I drop her off I just know that she will be treated as an individual pup with her own personality and requirements. They know she loves the individual attention and they see to it that she is always included. She is always happy when she is there and loves the play time with friends. The staff even went to the trouble of helping her learn to swim :) its just fantastic , would recommend to everyone and I always do.

Been going to Beaches for 9 years. They are fantastic. We have been recommending them to everybody. Only boarding kennel who let us check them out at anytime of day when we were looking for the perfect doggy vacation. (Showed us they had nothing to hide). You have a choice of a normal run or can upgrade to a cabin equipped with bed, tv and DVD and Air con as well as own grassy ensuite! Dogs are teamed up with a suitable "buddy" and play together and visit each other in runs (with owners agreement). They have the day planned out with treats, activities - even optional swimming in the doggy pool! Our pooch is always sad to leave! Fresh water is never a worry with an automated water dispensing system.

In 2007 I was unexpectedly hospitalised while my husband was away. Beaches came and picked up my keys, collected my dog and took him to the kennel! On my discharge the returned him again via their transport service with photos of his holiday!

Beaches looks after their loyal regular patrons like no other business. Check out their website as they surely are amazing!

Our dog spent around 20 days there (first and LAST time). A very healthy easy happy dog. She came back with a nasty skin infection under her chin (when I saw it I got shoked so did our local vet where we brought her on the day). She had also lost weight. Now spending a lot of money in vet, tests and drugs and the kennel owner has been totally unhelpful just saying the infection did not come from them (like she got that a week after she was there is a coincidence, really??). They did bring her to the vet (twice in 2 days... useless and that we had to pay for).
So it may look like a posh place but DO NOT leave your dog there. It is hugely destressing to get a sick dog back (our dog never had any kind of skin disease in the 8 years of her life!) so I just want to make sure you avoid that place. Please.

Oh and now I found out that they are illegally advertising that they are a PIAA accredited member on their website. I contacted PIAA and they said this kennel has not been accredited for some years!!!

Devastated, my beloved pet dog, had to be put down after suffering trauma whilst in their care (for a 3 week period). I knew immediately something was wrong with her on pickup, a vet appts confirmed fracture to lower spine. The Kennel owner initially denied any knowledge, and stated that she had come into them in that condition. She had a vet check a week prior. Please think seriously about using them, i do not want anyone else to go thru this.

Outstanding service and fantastic facilities. Your dog or cat is treated like a pet, and not a stray. Never had a worry whilst on holidays if my pets were being looked after, and the take birds too.
