I have been going to this salon for many years. The service is amazing and Irena is the best beautician I have ever been to, so friendly and makes you completely comfortable, no matter what treatment you are having. I wouldnt go anywhere else now. They do get busy but seem to always find time to fit you in. They are busy because they are exceptional at what they do.

Very busy Salon, quick waxing services which suits me as always time poor. The girls at Beauty Basics work quickly and efficiently, as required. They also have rooms upstairs for facials and massage, a place where you get a chance to unwind and treat yourself. Thanks Elaine and Andrea for the fabulous facials and massages.

I used to go here quite a bit, recently I stopped because they messed up my eyebrow shape (they took off too much hair), but that was the first time in 3 years I was unhappy with my shape. They are very nice and quite affordable

I have been having facials and waxing done here for a few years. The facials are amazing and I can see that they work. Elaine, Andrea and the rest of the staff are all lovely and make you feel welcome.

Simply the best so why bother with the rest. Easy to make an appointment courteous and polite salon staff, value for money with professional service and advice. I'll be back. Highly recommend.

I rang up and was offered an appointment that fit in with my lunch hours. The staff were incredibly courteous and professional. I had an eyelash tint and was asked several times if I was comfortable or needed anything.
The foyer is scrupulously clean and modern, with restful music playing softly in the background.

I would recommend beauty basics to anyone, the beauty therapists are good at what they do, take time to make sure they have done the job well (eg. after a leg wax they will recheck over the legs and then use more wax or pluck stray hairs if needed - so u dont go home with any patches! This has happened to me at other places). They are easy to talk to and make you feel comfortable. I also the services are well priced for the professionalism they provide.
