Beautiful wedding dresses!! And great service

Received stock, dress gives me a rash, not allowed to change for another dress. Didn't even ask for a refund, just credit so I can buy another dress. Now I'm down $125 and a dress I can't even wear!!!!!! Never again

absolutely loved dealing with belluccio. they have some unbelievable dresses, and i was very impressed with the way my dress turned out. after being told by other stores in melbourne that i'd need at least 3 months for a dress to be made, belluccio were able to help me within roughly 4 weeks. thanks belluccio

Absolutely AMAZING! Belluccio gowns are high in quality and detail. They made my wedding dress, bridesmaid dress and engagement dresses and I couldn't be happier. Very responsive team, on time and they do exactly as promised. I will always go back to them for custom evening gowns because they offer the best service and quality gowns.

wow these guys clearly aren't the most popular people when in comes to people with a lower budget, however about 3 months ago i went there for 2 bridesmaids dresses and after seeing the prices on some of their dresses i was hesitant, however after having a look around i was completely stunned! i decided to order through belluccio and when my dress arrived i was the happiest person in the world!! my dresses costed $1100 and $1400 which seems like a lot of money at first but when i saw both dresses i understood exactly why it costed me that much money! one of my dresses needed alterations done because i had put on about 3-4cm on my waist i was freaking out however they had someone who fixed it the next afternoon! when you go to belluccio expect a happy family like environment as the store in a mother-daughter business together they're a lot of fun! they dont treat you like a customer.. they treat you like a friend which is always a lot of fun! so in conclusion belluccio were amazing!

I had my engagement dress made at Belluccio. They were amazing, I felt like a princess on my big day. Absolutely amazing!
I went in as a friend of mine had recommended them to me after she had her wedding dress amde at Belluccio.
They have an incredible attention to detail and were able to create the exact look I wanted for the day.

Absolutely the worst dressmaking experience I have ever had. They were rude, patronising and unhelpful. This was meant to be a made to measure cocktail dress and, after a lot of heartache and stuffing around, all I got was an off the rack size L. The end product was clearly not made to my measurements, nor was the dress altered in accordance with the design agreed at my initial appointment. The fact that the dress is grossly ill fitting and awkward looking to wear is blatantly obvious, and yet they refused to take any responsibility for the end product or assist in fixing it. I was told I would need to pay to have the dress remade as the fabric did not allow for alterations. The whole process from start to finish was unpleasant and draining. Their deliberate approach seems to be to wear you down to the point that, by the end of it, you just take the dress and go. I became aware of the store because of their self-promotion on a “website deal”. However, despite having purchased the voucher, and then spending an additional $400 on top in order to buy a dress design I actually liked, they were incredibly bitter about the “good deal” I had received. They were very vocal that I should not be complaining given the price I paid, and repeated on numerous occasions that I am lucky and should be proud to own a Belluccio dress. They were incredibly rude to other customers and even hung up on one whilst I was there.... thank god this was not my wedding dress. Please don't bother.. I too echo Azarashi's review

Rude staff, poor quality garments and unlikely to receive your order on time anyway. Why would you bother? Don't, unless you want a big headache.

Belluccio love dressing celebrities, but once a commoner walks in with a deals voucher to get a customised dress made, their attitude quickly changes. If you see the belluccio deals voucher, don't buy it based on their self-loving Facebook page. Trust the reviews and be warned.

The staff are impatient, unhelpful and rude. The final dress they give you will not be made to measurement, will not be the material you've requested, will come to you 5 months later than the promised delivery date, and is definitely not worth the $150 value of the voucher ("to the value of $400!" says the voucher). The voucher will also not tell you that your customised dress must be based on one of the limited number of existing dresses they already have in the shop. And these existing dresses that you can choose from are old-fashioned and gaudy, and not as classy and elegant as their Facebook page makes them out to be. You will get the shock of your life when you go into their shop to see what they're really offering for your voucher.

Go to this shop if you want to be treated like dirt and if you want to dress like an old gaudy chandelier at your next formal event. You'll be sure to wow the crowds looking like you were dressed by a monkey.
