A friend was camping in this park and invited me to celebrate her birthday at her campsite. There were few other friends who were also camping. Upon arrival at gate, hubby+our2kids+me was greeted by (I assume) a staff member. We informed him we were only visiting our friends for a couple of hours. Staff member insisted a $25/person entry fee regardless of casual entry or as a camper. We have never come across any caravan park that charges an entry fee for casual entry - maybe a prebooked casual day pass requirement would've been fair. $5 - $10pp max. we might even consider but $25pp???!!!!!???? Just to visit a friend for a couple of hours........

A basic camping spot, but is normally the only place you can get a camping space during the Easter and Chrissy holiday periods. They charge per head rather than per site which makes it a rip in my opinion.

It's average. We camped in the middle of June, the shower blocks are dirty and old. Hot water but the place is just big feilds and not much else!

Very large but quite basic caravan park, excellent spot if you don't mind a short walk into Byron. Book well ahead for peak times as like the rest of Byron they get very busy very fast.
