This was my first experience with Benefit Brow Bar.

It was really busy when I visited and that affected my appointment. The girl doing my eyebrows was really rushed and didn't take her time at all!

I've had much better experiences with Benefit Brow Bar in Chadstone!

I've had my eyebrows waxed a few times here, and the girls are really friendly and provide great service. It seems as though they are now trying to up-sell more than they used to, which really irks me. I hate it when people try and push products on me, particularly when I'm still in the chair and a captive audience!

They are often REALLY busy and I have been by a few times and been told that there is a 2.5 hour (!) wait - so it might be best to book if you're wanting your brows done after work!

Great for a brow wax, the staff are friendly but I agree with another post on here about the drawn in eyebrows! Hahaha. All over happy with the service and results.

OK so I heard thsi was the place to go..it was pretty busy Friday and one of the blonde girls with a top knot at Benefit told me to go away for half an hour and come back to secure an appt. I came back and frazzled she told me it was now a sign in service...the service was all over the place...I wasn't happy as I was on the way out for dinner...the brow girls were doing their job but the 'make up artists' who governed the counters were hopeless. Finally after waiting another half hour but not been offered any trials I was given a tweeze for $37. Nothing special, my local salon does a better jobs and the technician who was lovely but had drawn in brows told me they had to be trained a new way which make them pluck the top of the brow to make it look 'clean'...I think that you should just pluck below and maybe trim the top but thats the benefit way apparantly. Not worth the $$$ to be honest.

Approximate cost: $37

had my first ever brow wax here a couple of days ago, staff were amazing and service was great - don't know if price was worth the value (as i don't know how much they usually cost) but it's worth mentioning their rewards card, which is a great incentive :D

Approximate cost: $27

The girls are always so friendly and accommodating.
The products are great and after an eyebrow wax they offer to put make up on you to reduce the redness.

While you wait, they offer you trials for various make up products, which I think is great!

I've had to make last minute appointments they've always come through.

I visited the Brow Bar yesterday for the first time (Bourke Street, Melbourne).
I'm wrapped with the end result.
It's seriously the best eyebrow shape I've ever had.

The lady was lovely that did it for me and nothing was too much trouble.
I will be going back 100%.

Approximate cost: $35

I frequently visit the Benefit Brow Bar. The service is fantastic. I usually make a booking as the counter tends to be quite busy. The last time I went since Myer have done their renovations I dropped by and they were able to accomodate me straightaway. The brow therapist explained to me what she was going to do with my brows (they always tell you upfront) and ask if you are happy. After she has shaped them, she asked if I wanted some brow pencil to tidy up my brows. Another girl touched up my make-up to cover the redness. All the girls there are fantastic as they communicate what they will do for you. Nothing is any trouble for them. They are quick and efficient. I have to admit their service has improved immensely since the renovations, so I was very impressed. Highly recommended.
