As property investors I would say Ray White Glen Waverley Real Estate Agents including their receptionists I find to be incredibly rude and unprofessional. Each time I have an enquiry regarding a property my phone calls are never returned on time and when they finally do, the REA have the worst manners that I've ever come across, in comparison to other Real Estate Agencies and agents. Instead of greeting a potential buyer with a friendly and accommodating tone they sound as if they would rather be elsewhere, especially the receptionists. As the face of the branch you would think they would provide you with the best possible service instead they don't let you finish your sentences and blatantly say "I don't know anything speak to agent" when I've clearly advised them I tried countless times to ring the appropriate agent on their mobile and NEVER did they bother returning my call.
Not recommended to buy from this branch nor will I ever give them my money. Such a shame.

First off, I've never had my nails done in my entire life and I'm in my mid twenties. The reason for my decision is my wedding which was only two weeks away at the time so as you can imagine I was really nervous.

I get weird when people touch my hands/comment on them so this was slightly terrifying for me. I walked around the salon trying to convince myself to go in...and I'm glad I eventually did!

The lady did a beautiful job, it took about an hour to complete my acrylic french manicure and there was no bleeding, no pain and she was just lovely, always reassuring me that it will look great and not to worry. She was thorough and I never though I'd like manicured nails but I received so many compliments to say how awesome they looked.

The only con would be the price as it is not the most affordable but I would still recommend this nail salon because the location is great (close to a train station) and the actual salon itself is very clean.

I would definitely go back :)

Been returning to this brow threading salong frequently until I walked in and had my eyebrows threaded not by my usual threader. It was a week before my wedding and I had grown out by brows to make sure it's thick and shapely.

Normally when I go to this place I always request to shape my arch as it drops from the direction of the hair growth but the normally looks great onced groomed. So I had done the same this time and to my dismay I felt alot of pain during the process which is NOT suppose to happen.

When the lady proceeds to pull and tug away at my skin I look at my bloody skin and super thin overplucked eyebrows that are no longer even on one side!!

I panicked, paid and left. However I cried in the bathroom stalls at how horrendous my eyebrows looked and only a few days from my big daay!

I was very angry and returned for a refund on such poor service when more was expected, the ladies who worked there, especially the one that did my brows refused and offered me half my money back and half a credit...at this point I never wanted to return to this brow salon so I was furious and explained what they had done and the consquences of their actions so close to a big event in my life.

There were no remorse or apologies but I almost got my money thrown back at me. I warn everyone who wants to try this place out, you might come out looking worse than you did before so I suggest you don't!!

Very convenient booking system and lovely beauty therapists. They make you feel comfortable and do a thorough job, quick and painless which is what you ask for in a waxing salon.

Love their loyalty card and the distracting T.V shows during the waxing, I don't think I would go anywhere else!

I must say I was thoroughly surprised with this gym. I made the decision to join as it was a 10 minute walk from work, however, I felt myself, returning 5 days a week, over the weekend because of the relaxing, fun atmosphere, not intimidating like most health clubs.

The PT's are friendly, knowledgeable and not pushy, they provide the right amount of encouragement to assist you in achieving your health and fitness goals.

Pros: incredible classes to choose from, convenient on line booking system. Loads of machines!

Cons: wished it closed later on weekends, lower casual fees?

Overall, I'm pretty satisfied with the service :)

Discovered the great tasting coffee on my walk home. Will never go elsewhere! The service is fantastic, the atmosphere is intimate and has pretty much everything you look for in a good cafe. I'm so glad I live so close that I never have to settle for anything less than the best.

The friendliest cafe on Carlisle St. My fiance and I love eating here for breakfast on weekends as their breakfast menu is so extensive! Strange combinations that work and are really delicious, love the egg white omelette! We are always made to feel welcome and you come here often enough the staff will begin to recognize you! :) We get served straight away, never had an issue with time the food takes to arrive (quite fast even on a busy morning) and very reasonably priced. We love this place so much we've used it as a meeting location for our wedding supplier discussions and the staff have absolutely no problem if you just like to have drink and talk for a long period of time. One of the reasons I would never leave this area is because of this Cafe.

After damaging my hair with constant bleaching to achieve the Balayage look, my hair was extremely dry, lifeless and really difficult to love. I really wanted my hair to go back to the natural, healthy look it had prior to bleaching and decided to go to Rare Earth who used chemical free and environmentally friendly products. I was greeted with a smile, a complimentary drink menu (I love this) and head and neck massage prior to my hair consultation. Despite the 50 minute wait, I had my hair coloured, cut and blowdryed with beautiful results. My hair felt so silky, light and healthy, but best of all there was no odour from the dye, it just smelt beautiful! The colour suprised me because even now, it has not faded, I'm amazed and can't wait for my next appointment.

Needing an urgent eyebrow attention, I quickly stopped by their salon hoping they were able to attend to me without an appointment and to my luck I was able to get my eyebrow threaded as soon as I walked in! The customer service is great and my eyebrows looked amazing. I'm a very happy customer and it's not too pricey so I definitely will be returning. Living down the road is very convenient, however that's not the only Pro's, the threading was quick and painless!

After reading the reviews here in WOMO, I decided to try this beauty salon. My skin was at its worst and I was having difficulty with appointments during Easter as it was so busy during this time of year. I was able to book online which was incredibly convenient. My apartment is nearby so the location is a bonus and was easy for me to get to. I arrived at a very large open spaced reception area, looked very clean and smelt very "clinical". Upon my arrival, the receptionist was on her mobile phone, when she saw me come in she locked herself in a room nowhere to be seen. I was left sitting there unattended...Poor Service already. Another BT finally arrived to have me complete a consultation sheet for first time customers. I read online that they're membership would cost $100 to join and there was an option on the sheet to join their membership but no joining fee to be found (possibly a way to trick they're customers). After my microdermabrasion..which was incredibly painful by the way (she told me to tell her when it was too much to bear, I did but she continued anway). I will not be returning as they basically seemed uninterested in helping me. The pros would be the location, the cons is that it is overly priced and the service is not that great.
