Milos was upfront with the issues and searched high and low for the right parts for my old Sprinter. All this does take time, but the end result was a repaired Sprinter. Yes I would go back to this business again. Thanks

On recommendation from fellow Mercedes Benz van drivers, I first took my Sprinter to Milos for a service in 2017 and never looked back. I previously took my van to a Mercedes Benz dealership but was unhappy with their service as basic items like changing the gear box transmission oil and filters were overlooked and the customer service was at times poor. Milos is efficient, thorough, reliable and honestly recommends any extra work that may be required. His rates are acceptable, considering the high quality of his work. I contacted this company in good faith to have my 316CDI van repaired, $294.10 later and no improvement. I paid the bill even though the fix was not done, I did this in good faith. Various arrangements made but not followed through on, times set but not lived up to, told if I didnt like his diagnosis of replacing major items requiring many hours of labour then I should take my van elsewhere, that is what I am doing. I found them rude, arrogant and dictatorial to say the least. I will not go back and I would not recommend them to anyone.
If it would be worth my effort to sue to get my monies back I would but my time is too valuable to waste anymore on this company.

I've taken my '07 Vito Van to Milos three times since I've owned it (18 months) and have been very impressed each time - he knows his stuff extremely well, doesn't muck around and tells you straight about each issue. Wouldn't take a Mercedes van anywhere else!

I bought a Vito which had a number of problems since we own it although it was always serviced by Mercedes Benz by previous owner, a very good friend of mine. Milos was recommended to us and just did a service. Since I was present during the service, I was horrified to see the lousy quality of maintenance carried out previously - he shown me the ORIGINAL (!) air and pollen filter with date stamp on it. The vehicle has done 147,000 km's by now. My trust in official dealership servicing is shattered to say the very least. Milos knows his stuff and did what needed doing at a reasonable price. I am a woman who travels all over the country doing lots of miles in a older sprinter van. Milosh has serviced our vehicle for many years and has always told us like it is no rubbish or work that is not required . He also helped me out when I was a long way away and he gave me great help on the phone. As a woman I have not always been to be treated well but Milosh is straight, honest and treats all the same. Keep up the good work ,I have recommended him to so many of our friends in the merc van community.

Milos and Winston are so knowledgable and helpful, we were made to feel a part of the process of repairing our motorhome.
We were given all the information to make the decision and Teresa, in accounts, ( Milos wife, it is a family business ) even recommended and found reasonable storage for our van when we go overseas.
Nothing is too much trouble, coffee and biscuits, ride to shopping center if needed.
We have phone access wheneva we need to ask questions which is invaluable when traveling around the country.
