I bought a Vito which had a number of problems since we own it although it was always serviced by Mercedes Benz by previous owner, a very good friend of mine. Milos was recommended to us and just did a service. Since I was present during the service, I was horrified to see the lousy quality of maintenance carried out previously - he shown me the ORIGINAL (!) air and pollen filter with date stamp on it. The vehicle has done 147,000 km's by now. My trust in official dealership servicing is shattered to say the very least. Milos knows his stuff and did what needed doing at a reasonable price. Thanks - you surely have a new regular client from here on. Thomas Behle
