Berwick Kia

I would not recommend going to Kia Berwick, especially not to the salesman Aref. He has not come through with anything he promised when we bought the car in September, and has done everything possible to shift blame to the rest of his team and ignore us - the car itself is good, the aftersales service is DISMAL, don't be fooled by the attention you get before you hand over your hard-earned money. If you want a Kia, go somewhere else

Wow! What a great experience. Having dealt with a few different Kia dealerships when looking to buy my new baby. The service was great, they really helped me to get what I wanted and worked hard to meet my demands! Delivery was great, and the service department staff have been friendly and attentive.

We purchased a car through Berwick Kia not long ago and found the service to be quite good. The salesmen were willing to negotiate and in the end we walked away with a very good price. They tended to be more interested in winning the business than other, far closer dealers seemed to be through the process. Delivery of the vehicle happened sooner than first informed so that was a good thing. They may be a little out of the way for some, myself included, but they seem to genuinely want your business, so they're worth a try for sure.
