Iv done a fair bit of shopping here recently the first instance in question I was looking for a staff member to ask a question but I couldn't find any then on my way to the change room I found 4 of them all huddled up in the back of lay by chatting away to each other I stood waiting for them to finish there conversation for about 2 or 3 minutes just standing there while they continued to gawk at me and still chatting then I asked my question and it was an automatic no so I continued on to the change room about 5 mins later the same staff member who just told me no they didn't have any left came to me with 4 pairs of what I'd asked for.
On another occasion I had to wait in line to ask for an exchange cause they don't have a service desk then it was as usual an automatic no about the size I needed even though she didn't even check so I just got a refund instead and decided I will take my business to the Sevenhills best and less

I went in on my lunch break to buy something for my daughter, i spent the whole half hour trying to look for someone to help me, find what i want, and wait at the cashier! I think it is understaffed and needs to be worked on!
Got some good kids clothes on sale here. They have some 'branded' stuff like wiggles gear etc. I'm assuming quality is ok as haven't given it to the kids in question yet. Price was good. Service was initially slow as they didn't have enough staff on checkout though they did put extra staff on and the queue moved a lot fater
