I brought 2 things online through suredeal and after buying I still had to wait for the deal to end which could be ages away days/weeks/months then they say it takes between 3-5 weeks to have your goods delivered but I sent them an email after waiting over 5 weeks for both my goods then 2 days later I get an email saying I will get a refund for one product because of issues with suppliers ect I thought it so rude to wait so long to tell me to have to wait till after it was supposed to be delivered then I am told my other product is due on this date ect so I wait and wait and wait nearly 2 weeks after that date then send them another email asking where it is then I'm told the shipment was late but it's on it's way so I finally get it 2 days later omg what a hassle I would have been better off going to danoz direct or something it would have been quicker and atleast I know the products available when I spend the money on it and why did it take till I get on to them about it for them to offer explanations not cool and not on I will not buy from SUREdeal again no way

Iv done a fair bit of shopping here recently the first instance in question I was looking for a staff member to ask a question but I couldn't find any then on my way to the change room I found 4 of them all huddled up in the back of lay by chatting away to each other I stood waiting for them to finish there conversation for about 2 or 3 minutes just standing there while they continued to gawk at me and still chatting then I asked my question and it was an automatic no so I continued on to the change room about 5 mins later the same staff member who just told me no they didn't have any left came to me with 4 pairs of what I'd asked for.
On another occasion I had to wait in line to ask for an exchange cause they don't have a service desk then it was as usual an automatic no about the size I needed even though she didn't even check so I just got a refund instead and decided I will take my business to the Sevenhills best and less

I love this shop they have everything the big shops have and more.
Their specials are great.
The staff are normally very nice and helpful.
I will definatly be doing most of my Christmas shopping here I know il get something the kids love but yet it will still be somewhat unique.

I flew back to Sydney from Adelaide and was surprised to see TVs in the headrests, the staff were alright the lady at the baggage check in was very nice, the seats were a bit more comfortable than jetstar but I couldn't hear what the captain was saying over the radio most of the time all in all I'd prefer to use virgin again

Flying for the first time I was very sick throwing up the whole way wether that be from nerves or something else I don't know but on the plane the attendants were fabuolous trying to make me as comfortable as possible constantly asking me how I was feeling and if I needed anything food, water more sick bags or napkins ect the only person I found rude was the baggage check in lady she didn't even smile she looked like she was going to rip my head off at any second

I used avis at Adelaide airport picked the car up straight after getting off the plane and returned it a week later to the airport ready to board the plane home the car was great had a few minor nicks and bumps here and there which weren't written down as they were classed as wear and tear but I asked them to note them down anyway just incase cause it was cheap to hire the car but in the event of damage the excess is $3000 so I didn't want them thinking I made those damages to the car the lady at the counter wasn't in the best mood but the lady upon my return was lovely I did quite a few kms but you get unlimited kms with Avis I was early to pick up the car and a little late to drop it off but didn't get charged any extra

My son attended for a while having half hour sessions and the occupational therapist picked up on a lot with him and helped him a bit.
But it's very expensive and after a few times of having to cancel appointments due to not having the finances to go ahead with the service the therapist did not call back to rebook a time when i did have the money so I feel let down by these profesionals it seems they are just in it for the money.

Its a really nice medical centre and the receptionist are very nice, the psychologist was very professional and knows her stuff she picked up on things I always wanted to address but also always though would be permanent in my life and not fixable.
The chemist is right there just off the waiting room and all the services and where they are in the building are noted well.

I travel past every other vet to go to this one especially the vets and receptionist/nurses are wonderful.
Always caring,professional and compassionate.
My animals have been going here all there life's Iv had my dog desexed, microchipped, vaccinated had a leg operation, my cat had his tail docked after I accidentally ran over it and unfortunately it couldn't be saved in this case I didn't actually have the money on hand to pay for it but the vet was compassionate and made me up a payment plan and have just recently taken my partners puppy there to get his first vaccinations aswell as a microchip and we thought there may have been a problem with his back legs but the vet gave us the necessary advice and now they are fine and perfect.

After 5 years I'm now debt free thanks to debt cutter even though they are based in QLD they still work in other states a lady from debt cutter came to my home in NSW sorted through all my finances made me up a debt agreement that the creditors agreed to I even was able to change the agreement as my situation got worse and better.
They are a little pricey but you can pay it off as part of your agreement and you have to expect that with great service.
