Staff were very nice, but I wasn’t asked to show proof of vaccination and only two of the 4 staff were wearing masks. However, I walked in with thick straight hair down past my mid back with a side swept fringe, asked for a trim, thin and blend my fringe as it needs a tidy due to lockdown and self hacking… i walked out with a mullet. You get what you pay for. Never again. Nothing further to be said.

I went to the salon for a regular regrowth treatment. I have dark brown hair and I just wanted my roots covered. Super simple job any hairdresser could do. The treatment took over two hours and left my scalp completely burnt. The hairdresser dyed my roots blonde not dark brown. He then ask me what I thought of my hair colour. I could not believe that this hairdresser was asking me what I thought of having blonde roots with dark brown hair. He then had all the other hairdressers to look at my hair and they decided that they would redo the colour. Halfway through the second treatment my head was burning and I told them so they washout the colour. I was left with a completely different coloured roots nothing like my hair colour. I left in tears and they never contacted me about the stuff up. When I contacted them I left several messages for the manager never heard back. When I finally got hold of her she was rude and aggressive. I told her that I wanted to speak to head office she advise that she had give my details to them and I never heard from them either. It’s going to cost me more than $200 to fix the damage they did plus a month of excruciating pain as I was unable to brush or wash my hair properly. What a disgrace this place is, it should be shut down!

Very bad service, once I went there at 4:30PM and requested to get a hair cut with one gentleman who I often see, staff denied stating that we will be closing in 30 mins and didn’t allow me to have a hair cut with that person.
Very poor business strategy.

I had full head of foils and a trim.the foils took a lot longer than usual but that is fine as long as they are done right. But they were not, the colour faded after one wash! Just one wash! Plus it was over toned! It looks a horrible colour now! It looked better at first then I wash and all gone! $220 for one wash! I also wasn't happy with was the trim. My hair was cut about an inch shorter at the front (it already was a tiny little bit shorter but was gradual) now it is very obvious. It is a big step of different lengths front and back. IV had comments on this. I didn't notice before I left as despite me spending over $200 I was told it would be another $30 for a blow wave which I did not see fair to pay, so I just opted for a messy blow dry. This blow dry made me unable to see the cut as it was hidden in my wavy wild hair (my natural hair is pretty wild)
So two things bad cut when I only wanted a trim and $30 for blow wave. Anywhere IV been in past does not charge for blow wave when you are having everything done. I have been to this salon a few times but when it comes to complaining I was blown off and they wouldn't accept responsibility. So now in future I'll go elsewhere. And all this people commenting on the cut I will tell them where it was from.
