I have been meaning to email you to thank & congratulate you and Davey for the prompt service. It turned out to be nothing (we unknowingly had a kick board placed too close to the air vent), but I was so grateful that it was looked at quickly. I purchased pump and chlorinator from you about 6 months ago and have asked you a number of questions regarding the pool and setting etc since and I have really been impressed with your willingness to help even when I do not use technical terms. You figure out what I am saying. It has taken the stress out of the hiccups I have experienced and my initial fear of ordering on line. ( I am baby boomers era) .
