I enquired about and purchased a pump leaf basket. Nicole was
prompt with her reply and costing of this product. When I as her
to invoice me it was done & despatched within 2 days. I have purchased items on other occasions with the same friendly and prompt service..That's what I call great customer service.

I was blown away - I thought it was going to be a big drama and it was exactly the opposite.

I emailed you on a Sunday and less than a week I received the new cleaner in my pool.

this is also the second time we have used ,best price pool equipment'. the first time we bought a pool pump, we picked it up and installed it ourselves. The price was fantastic and literally half the price we had been quoted by our local pool shop.
This time round was a little different as we now live in melbourne and rent the house. We had a sneaky suspicion that it was the chlorinator but also wanted everything checking in case there was something else. Nicole emailed me all the chlorinator details/prices to take a look at and choose and then Scott when he went out on the call out would fit it at the same time if it turned out to be the problem. They also confirmed nothing else was wrong so very trustworthy as they could have told us anything as we are not able to check ourselves.

Quick, friendly service, great prices would definitely use again and recommend.
