New management not as friendly as when Costas was manager, need to be more friendly with new management.

A nice tidy smaller cinema. Pricing is quite good here compared to some of the larger cinemas and they have a nice selection of treats available from the candy bar. Definitely better to visit outside of peak times as it does get quite busy during the school holidays.

I attend the Seniors Morning Teas which I find great value at $8.00 for the Film of their choose and the morning tea This
occurs every month and usually on a Monday & thursday but this month February we are getting three movies The first was Flight which I rated 9 out of 10 lost a point because of the bad language too much Next Monday the 18th and Wednesday 20th they are showing Lincoln then on Monday 25th Feb they are showing Quartet

Approximate cost: $8.00

I have to say that this is probably one of my favourite cinemas in Sydney. "Really?!?" I hear you ask "Why?"
Well its such a simple place. Its a cinema, they have a candy bar and a few games but thats about it. Its not part of a Westfield (which i'm not a huge fan of going into), its right near some really nice cafe's and the staff are really friendly.
Also my hubby is a sound engineer and complains about most of the cinemas we go to how the sound isn't balanced from all the speaker, He is always happy to go to Beverly Hills Cinemas as they seem to keep their equipment well maintained.
And if you follow them on facebook you they have lots of great deals

I grew up in Beverly Hills in the 60s and 70s and remember well the Beverly Hills cinema. It's wonderful to see that it's still going strong whilst all the surrounding suburban cinemas have long gone, only to be replaced by horrid mega cinema centres.

First time visiting since they had the renovations done, they are now part of Event cinemas but they still have very good pricing compared to most other cinemas. There are more cinemas now and the quality is much better than before.

All normal info can be found on line. BUT my experience is mixed. 6 theatres so much choice on most days. When movies finish close in time then the footpath outside is a nightmare. It is on one of the busiest roads in sydney and you normally have to cross that road for your free parking. The prices of thing and the cut off of foods that you can bring in makes this more expensive than some can afford. I wish that cinemas would offer fresh healthy choices. For a meal afterwards there is a fair few cafe/small restaurants around the cinema but you would need to be careful of your choices as there is not a lot that caters specifically for young kids. Not far from the railway station so a car is not the necesity and it saves on city parking. I would not say that the theatres have character but it is modern and clean at this stage of things

Approximate cost: $average $15

The lines for this place are crazy during school holidays and you dont know if a session is sold out til you get to the top of the massive line. the screens are quite small which is disappointing considering they have raised their prices to almost be in line with the big chain cinemas like Hoyts.

A great movie experience, a bit expensive but thats all cinemas now. Good resturants close by. Be careful some of the vouchers can't be used after 5pm. Get early as some movies do sell out.

Approximate cost: $15

With the renovated work of the cinema, Beverly Hills Cinema has gained several extra cinema rooms and increased in quality. It is much cleaner and still maintains its cheaper ticket reputation.

Very small, boutique cinema - but nonetheless good value for money. Staff were a little inexperienced and slower, but there was not much of a queue and theatres are generally pretty empty.

Approximate cost: $12
