Build was fine but absolutely horrible trying to get mistakes fixed. We have been waiting 10 months for fixes and most of the time no one gets back to us or they just give an excuse.

We have just completed our first stage with bevnol homes. We are now at our building stage which is super exciting. From the moment we stepped foot into the displays at bevnol we knew this was the builder we wanted as the quality of there build was incredible and we knew we would get the Quilty we wanted. Our process was long, but that was because we were in and out of lockdowns, this definitely tested everyone’s patience’s and made it a little more difficult with communication as everyone was pushing for there build to commence.
But even with all the stress and the eager clients bevnol remained professional and got the job done, which was import to us in a builder.
The only thing I would do differently is make sure I did all my variations at once as the process of getting these changed on the plan took a while but again expected as it’s a tough gig.

We can’t wait for our home to be built and will use bevnol again in the future.

After many visits to display homes, I chose Bevnol. I could not be happier. I have had many change of plans, change of mind and variations throughout the planning and build, Bevnol was always accommodating with the changes. Kim put up with me with all the plan changes then Rachel put up with me with the change of mind and they were always brilliant. Jeff and Kristin were always prompt with their responses. Chad, my building supervisor was amazing to deal with throughout the whole process. I was kept informed throughout and he was very helpful when I had questions. The finish is better than I expected. Thank you for making the house into my dream home. I would highly recommend Bevnol and will definitely build again with them in the future.

Rachel at office was very helpful as we done too many variations. Rachel never disappoint us. We changed something in our kitchen during the construction and Rachel helped us to do so.
Our supervisor Brad was legend. He was not only a supervisor but a builder by himself. He always listened our concerns and resolved them during our whole process. A very experienced and wise supervisor. It’s nearly a month in our new house and we didn’t face a single problem. Quality work.

Would recommend Bevnol highly as they just made everything run very smoothly. I had very few issues along away, however, anything that did pop up was handled promptly and professionally. From the initial sales process till handover was done in a caring, professional and smooth manner.

We spent endless weekends walking through display homes, finding homes that were almost perfect but were too hard or costly to alter.
Then we walked through a Bevnol display and after speaking with the consultant, we knew immediately that’s who we would build with. They were able to easily customise floor plans or build the whole home custom.
A few years later when we were ready to build we sat down and bought a new house off the plan, The Mason 28, a display was yet to be built but after walking through endless display homes and seeing the Mason 28 floor plan, we knew it was the perfect home for us. We went back and forward with the new home consultant Leanne making changes and tweaking the plan to suit our families needs.
The next steps involved our building administrator, Rachel, who was absolutely fantastic, so knowledgeable, timely and lovely to deal with.
Finally, it was time to start building, we were assigned our awesome site supervisor Andrew, he had our site cut and drains booked in almost instantaneously and it was all systems go from there.
He gave us amazing communication and was transparent all along the way, informing us of anything upcoming and any issues that would cause any delays.
He was always contactable and available to discuss any concerns and went above and beyond throughout the build to ensure we were happy.
A few issues came up during the build, as to be expected, they were all dealt with in a timely and professional manner where all parties were satisfied.
We would not hesitate to build with Bevnol in the future and can’t recommend them anymore highly!

House looks great, Bevnol have been easy to deal with throughout the whole process, from trying to meet design guidelines with the best possible solutions.

Amanda was great in getting all the planning and documentation to meet all the requirements of the developer, as well as communicating everything else required for the build back to myself quickly to ensure there were never any delays :)

Site supervisor Chad and all of his trades look to have done a great job with the build of the house. Managing to keep fairly on schedule with all the setbacks this year whilst also still managing to build a great looking house with an attention to detail that you would expect from a much more expensive house.

Overall 100% would build with Bevnol again, they were great to deal with, and take pride in their work.
