In my opinion, found their quality and service standards to be poor. There wete multiple issues that needed to be resolved after the build which where demanding in terms of time commitment and many many days needed off work to meet various trades people and insurance assesors. This included involving consumer affairs in order to get resolution as the builder was denying and refusing to rectify many quality issues.

Just built my first home with Bevnol Homes and cannot recommend them more highly. Great build and exceptional service throughout and after the build. Thank you to David, Kristen, Amanda, Grant, Chris and all staff for all the great work done in making my first home one i am so proud to own.

We are extremely happy and satisfied with Bevnol Homes. Everything was perfect, straight forward and met our expectations. Our house was completed within the promised date. Loved the service and quality of work. Will definitely recommend to others.

We built our first home with Bevnol. Overall it's a good experience. They are cost efficient and quick after move in service. Andrew(Supervisor) always listen to us and respond as soon as he can. Initially they were slow while finalising the plans & starting construction. But End is well, all is well. Thanks Kristin, Amanda n obviously Andrew who made the house ready to move in as per our expected date.

It took years for my wife to talk me into building again as the first build over 20 years ago with a different builder was a nightmare. so many mistakes and poor service.
I was honestly expecting to have to correct Bevnol a great deal on all stages of the build.
NOT AT ALL!
I still can't believe that it went so smooth and so perfectly!
Every aspect was great - a couple of very tiny details were fixed with no hassles and no 'attitude' if you know what I mean. We have built twice now and with BEVNOL it was a dream come true, we couldn't be happier!

So my wife and I are building our first home with Bevnol Homes. We are about to commence our construction. We have compared a lot of builders and we discovered that these guys are the most suitable builders for us; their price and house design. They definitely offer more features than most volume builders. So far everything has been smooth and easy with Bevnol Homes. One of the sales rep; Arron, who has been very informative, accessible and supportive. Hopefully our site supervisor has similar traits.
We cant wait for the construction to finish, so we can move into our new home. I am sure that Bevnol Home will be able to produce a high quality home for us. Watch this space... So far 7.5/10.

We have had a great experience with Bevnol. From the planning stage to the building stage, everything was smooth. Even when small things happened, which can't be helped they were resolved quickly and we were kept informed. Our supervisor Justin was brilliant.
