Don’t waste your money here.
The work is of bad quality and very rushed.
The are only interested in your money by luring customers in.
They start on you and suddenly move to another customer and then another junior staff will take over.
There are other BETTER options elsewhere within Epping Plaza
DONT GO HERE.
Just had my nails done.
Was told acrylic paint would dry in 10 minutes, was told OK in 5.
That was because another customer was waiting to be attended.
I had lots of spills around my nails which I asked them to clean up. Came home and my middle finger nail was scratched.....
They just want your money.
They do a good job, just no customer service, and they wont speak english to you. Tried to ask if i could get another nailpolish to swap colors and they had no idea what i was talking about.
I went there one time for a pedicure and manicure and found the young lady to be very polite, smiling and softly spoken.
I was well taken care of and received good service.
I felt pampered and quite good afterwards as this is something I would do for myself only every so often.
The store is located within Epping Plaza, making it convenient for me as its close to home.
I would go back again.
There is a good selection of nail polishes to choose from.
I had acrylic nails done here, the girl working on me, didnt even greet me, then she was rough, then she told me to go wash my hands..came back and she was gone..found the manager up the front and said can't believe your service here in here is the worst i have seen..she just got up and worked on someone else..no BOO out of her.
