The service at the Wynyard Ramp store was absolutely disgusting. I bought a pair of pants today in a size 8, only to get back to the office to find the store had incorrectly tagged the clothing. The tag said size 8, however the actual size was 16. When I went to return the pants for a refund - as this was the last pair left - I was rudely told I would not be refunded because the manager was not on site and I should come back later. The shop assistant was extremely rude going as far as to shout at me when I said I couldn't wait and needed a refund now. When I asked for the address of head office to write a formal complaint the assistant laughed at me and refused to give me the details. I then had to stand and wait for 15 minutes for the manager to return from the toilet to provide a refund. I will never shop at one of these shops again.
This outlet chain offers great value current on trend clothing from as little as $7. I was here today and picked up some pom pom shorts and a sleeveless sinlget both $11.95 each. They had lots of bargain items for $10 such as dresses, shorts, maxi's etc.
The staff aren't very friendly as when I went to ask if they had a rubbish bin to throw my takeaway coffee , they said bins weren't available instore , which I find hard to believe. Other then that an ideal place to grab a bargain and clothing at ridiculously cheap prices but some items can be hit and miss with quality, so buyer beware!

This used to be my secret treasure trove for $10 dresses (usually samples so not many of each kind). A few months ago they raised it to $20 for the better stock (most of the stuff worth buying), some still $10. They also have tops, scarfs, pants and very limited numbers of jumpsuits. Quality isn't great but it's good value for money.

Fashion Factory Outlet with samples and seconds at amazing prices, we bought 5 gorgeous dresses for $50. They usually only have 1 or 2 of each style so look carefully in all the racks, we were there for about 4 hours one day.
