The service at the Wynyard Ramp store was absolutely disgusting. I bought a pair of pants today in a size 8, only to get back to the office to find the store had incorrectly tagged the clothing. The tag said size 8, however the actual size was 16. When I went to return the pants for a refund - as this was the last pair left - I was rudely told I would not be refunded because the manager was not on site and I should come back later. The shop assistant was extremely rude going as far as to shout at me when I said I couldn't wait and needed a refund now. When I asked for the address of head office to write a formal complaint the assistant laughed at me and refused to give me the details. I then had to stand and wait for 15 minutes for the manager to return from the toilet to provide a refund. I will never shop at one of these shops again.
