Great range of products and great service. I shop here often mostly is the photo center, probably the cheapest prints in the area.

There are a huge range of items for sale. The prices are reasonable. Lots of gift ideas. Great return policy.

Bought my PS3 from here recently. Service was great, but I wish they could have shaved a bit more off the price

Went to buy nintendo ds games, the clerk was not helpful as he seemed to have no idea what I was looking for. He basically gave up after I tried explaining that I wanted a memory card for my Nintendo DS that they obviously didn't stock as he had no idea what it was.

I needed to purchase a fitted sheet for a queens size bed - they didn't have any in stock so I asked someone for help (they must have been about 15 yo and had NO idea what a fitted sheet was) After having to wait about 10 minutes for them to find someone that knew what it was, it then took about another 15 minutes to find some out the back. I was rather disappointed especially having to wait so long and especially when the staff didn't know what a fitted sheet was and that was the department 'Manchester' that they were working in. Big W need to train their staff better so we can get better service. Thanks for nothing.

good to shop in, it is spacious and clean, one of my favourite shop has everything that i might need but lacking in service at the check out only one or two people on, i know that there is quiet time but when they see a few people waiting they should put other staff on.

The Staff are friendly. You have cheaper prices. You're clothing quality is great. I love that I can find affordable clothing for both myself and my son. You also have cheap pokemon cards-fabulous!!

Great service and so many great buys, able to take my buck much further than most stores of similar comparison. Really nice friendly service too. Much helpful.

i love how big w now does photo printing, its really convenient and fun and really affordable. their product have a wide and good variety that i'm not ashame to purchase and tell others where i purchased it from.

The large blue Big W logo is very welcoming and when you walk through the door, it feels like you have entered a grand shopping place. It is relaxing to walk through the various departments and you find optometrists and all sorts of professionals here.
