Big W has come a long way and it's now one of the places I love to shop at. They have so much in their range and great prices. The staff are always helpful and know their stuff.

A big store with lots to browse. I am not keen on the electronics section though. I went there to buy a hard drive and there was only 1 person serving. I had to wait 10 minutes to get served! Not happy people! I ended up looking on my own and left without my prize! Could have been lots better Big W!!!!

I feel very uncomfortable going shopping in big w they always stare at you like your stealing something.

The staff are always a friendly and very helpful. we buy our bulk items there etc, toilet paper, detergents, tea bags... and alot of surprising household items.. overall a very stress free experience..

Affordable everyday items with good prices customer service are friendly and polite.

Although at one stage i went there to buy a Playstation 2 game and they said it was not in stock i then found it on the shelves I was lied to this was also a catalogue item.

Great variety - not many sales staff on the floor (or the ones that are there are very busy). Always have the items we are after, even if you do have to go searching a little. Great bargains through the week if you get there at the right time.

i went to buy a box set of dvds and they were sold out so i asked the guy at the counter if they had any more and he said they didnt even stock it which was a lie as i had seen it 1 week pryer but i couldnt afford to get it then so i told him they did have it and he snapped at me and said he had never seen it and they musnt have had more than one ever sent to them so i asked wether there getting anymore in and he snapped no
