Never have had a bad experience with the staff, always so friendly and helpful. However, they can be hard to find some days but I guess it is like that in many retail stores now due to staff cuts

Ordered in a Wii game for my nephew as it was out of stock at the time. Originally told it could take up to 4 weeks for it to come in. Within 3 days of ordering it in, it was in the store and the staff kindly put it aside for me for a couple of days until I could return to the store to pick it up
