All items are very affordable and the people at the checkout are very quick and helpful. The do it yourself checkout machines make it very easy to but a few items very quickly, but sometimes they do not work very well.

I go to shopping at bigw very often, as the price of the products is not very high. at current financial condition, big w is very good choice for someone like me who has average income. the most of products are made in china, the quality is not that great. for instance, i bought a baking pan, it did not take much time the surface started peal off, it is just to so great, even I did not paid that much

Of all the big w stores i've been to I'd have to say I always enjoy going to southland cause you always get good service and they always have the products I want

Big W is a very reliable and cheap retailer. It was a good experience and the items were not overpriced at all. The cashiers were friendly and the customer service was good. Staff were approachable.

When compared to the house hold products at other stores, Big W gives us better house hold products at a comparitively cheaper price without compramising on quality related aspects.

I go here to buy jeans as they are cheaper than most, and have them in stock. While I am there I will usually meander through to see what else they have, if anything tickles my fancy. The staff there don't appear to know where things are, and seem unwilling to do much to help you apart from pointing you in the direction they think things are, or perhaps they just want to get rid of you.

Big W has always been known as a cheap place to buy things. The range has improved in the last few years, and they've expanded their home entertainment section which is great as the dvd's and cds are pretty cheap.

This is a good store if you are looking for goods at a reasonable and low everyday price. As with most department stores the customer service leaves a lot to be desired as they seem to be very understaffed. Books are a real bargain there as you will get 35% off the recommended retail price.
