Really disappointed with Groom at Southland. I was looking forward to a little pampering and I left feeling ripped off and let down. I arrived on time and waited a good 10minutes before I was taken back for my facial, after undressing and getting on the table I waited another 5 or so minutes before the therapist came back in. In all I think my 45min facial lasted at most 25mins. At the end they also tried to fob off some products, which I normally buy, but as these were $120 and $100 each...I said no thanks and it seemed the service dropped even more.

My pedicure was mediocre at best, again I was looking forward to my rough skin being scrubbed away and my feet being soft, alas they feel the same as they did before. My nails were not cut, even after I mentioned I'd prefer them shorter and worst of all within 24hrs the nail polish has chipped! I've had longer lasting polish from my 4 year old niece.

The therapist seemed like I was wasting her time and kept of looking around the salon while she was doing my nails.

I've sent an email to them as I'm so disappointed in the service, we'll see what happens.

What a find! Brought a toaster, kettle and rice cooker for $130, the kettle alone was $90 at another store. The staff are nice and helped carry things out to mycar, true service. They sell Breville & Kambook as well other brands and carry pretty much the full ranges, even the new models.

They also sell other household things like mugs, power cords etc, it's random but you always find something you need!
Everything comes with the same warranty as buying from any other store.
This is where I'll be heading for any small appliance from now on.

Not bad for a chain Fish & Chip place, lacks the good of chips wrapped in newspaper. But everything is fresh, it's quick and the staff are nice.

Love the burgers. They're made fresh to order, and as you watch them cook there's no hiding that goes in, all fresh ingredients. The staff are nice and no matter the time or day the service is quick.

Love the food, but the service is terrible!

If I go during the day it's not too bad, but in the evenings even when it doesn't seem busy the wait for food and drinks is terrible.

The last time I was there they took almost 45mins to serve two burgers, and we only counted 6 other tables with people on them!!

I'll keep going back because it's close, and the free soft drink refills are great.

The food is nice, but I find the service a little lacking. The staff seem to spend a lot of time talking and not serving. They also don't except cards, so it's a little annoying to remember to carry enough cash especially when there are a few people eating.

Putting aside the $60 membership, I think Costco is great value! They have everything you need for a house, although not a huge range of brands.
The fresh food is great quality and I buy and freeze what I don't need. Cleaning supplies are cheap, but like everywhere you have to know the prices elsewhere, sometimes it's only a few cents or dollars depending on the product.

I love the kitchen wear, they always have things I've never seen and always buy. Like the chopping board with a colander in it!

Weeknights are best for quietness, they're open to 8 or 9 from memory. The staff are helpful and happy to help if needed.

Sadly we had to put our beloved 22 year old cat down recently, she had been ill but within a few hours went from ok to terrible. We headed down here and the staff were amazing. I can't thank them enough for the support and kindness they showed us. The treated our cat with such dignity and made her comfortable.

It's nice knowing they're there 24 hours a day if ever needed.

Joe's is great, even though Joe has retired and his son Ang has taken over. The food is simple but good quality and a heap of it. In summer parking is hard as its right on the beach, but the food is worth it.

I love Big W. In general they're the cheapest place to find most things, I've started buying all my cleaning supplies etc here as well, cheaper then supermarkets.

Recently I had a issue where a double charge went through my credit card (due to a register crashing, they didn't think it went through), one I contacted them, within a few hours I had a manage calling me who helped me get it reversed without a issue. Rare service these days.
