Lovely staff, service is impeccable and the online store is so easy to use with same day delivery for a very small fee. I can forget to order my face products until I've run out completely and not have to worry because I know that if I order before 10am it'll be waiting for me by the time I get home from work. They also stock the best range of organic beauty products.

This is a great and unique shop, full of really clever and wonderful things that make life easier while looking after the planet we live on. This is the first time i have visited the Biome store in the city and I was very impressed during my visit. The store was easy to find and offered a treasure trove of items to look through. After approaching the counter to make a purchase I only had to wait a few seconds before I was served by a staff member. I was greeted in a very friendly manner and my gift card was processed in an efficient manner. I was even able to receive a small discount off my purchase because I returned used paper shopping bags which biome then give out to other customers instead of using plastic bags.

I recently received a gift voucher for my birthday. Apart from it not getting emailed to me on my birthday and the buyer needing to follow it up everything has been great. I purchased a heap of items late at night and by lunch the next day I had an email saying it's been posted! Now the hardest part - waiting for Australia Post to bring it to WA all the way over from QLD! :)
